Delivery is made by Royal Mail and can take up to 30 days.

You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time, and we will endeavour to replace or exchange or refund item on receipt of item from You. Please tell us the reason you are returning the product. We recommend you obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when returning items to us, to insure you against lost post.
